If you prefer to contact me by phone, just give me a call on 01244 267 404. Please note this number is reachable during the opening times of Ocean Tanning and has no answer phone facility. Add this to the fact that I am in the treatment room for 95% of the day and you can see how dropping me a message on here or via Facebook is a lot easier for us both!
If you simply have to speak to me, please leave a message with the receptionist who will pass it on. I aim to respond to all queries within 24hrs, during my working hours (Wed-Sat).
The reception can only pass on notes and do not have access to the booking system to either make or change appointments. Log in to www.bookarh.com to view and change all of your appointments (it is really easy, I promise!).

If you would like to make a DSAR request, under GDPR regulations this is your right and we are happy to comply. For any data stored after 30/09/2019 you can expect a response within seven of our working days. For data held prior to 29/09/2019, due to the formats that the data is held in a more thorough search is required which may take up to four working weeks. As that process is labour intensive we reserve the right to make a charge of a reasonable fee for our time. If the request is (as defined by the ICO) (a) manifestly unfounded, (b) excessive or (c) if you have requested further copies of your data following a request we reserve the right to extend the periods defined in order to establish clarification on the exact information required and for what purpose.
